Hello there! My friends call me Twig (or Twigs, or Twigger...I answer to them all, especially if you have chocolate).

Our main product offering is Disney character watches with the occasional "found treasure" also offered. We've been selling online for over 8 years with 2500+ positive transactions in online auctions under the name of "twigsplace". We started on eBay (unfortunately they've removed our 100% positive feedback score since we haven't sold there for over 2 years), then Overstock.com Auctions.  We also started an eCrater store under the name of "disneywatches" and now have this, our own ecommerce site.

When it comes to your purchase, we can guarantee you that we take the utmost care in preparing and packaging your item(s) for shipment, no matter what it may be.

So, what does this mean to you, our customer?
Here's what you can expect from a Twig's Place purchase:

Items listed are in stock - you won't have to worry about your item being available.

Batteries checked before listing - and if needed, new ones installed. This allows me to make sure the item is working, and also lets me check it over for any flaws. Occasionally I may offer items with minor imperfections at a reduced price, but it will always be clearly noted in the listing and include a picture if at all possible.

Items are cleaned before packing - I make sure the crystals and bands are clean and any fingerprints are removed - your item is ready for gift-giving right out of the box.

Prompt shipping - your items ship via Priority mail, usually within 24-48 hours. Shipping cost includes Delivery Confirmation.

I ship in boxes - not envelopes - your item is wrapped in foam, packed back in its display (if available as noted in the listing), then packed inside a mailing box and surrounded with peanuts to prevent damage. Delivery confirmation is always included, insurance is available at standard post office rates.
