What payment methods do you accept?
Accepted payment methods are Google Checkout (preferred), Paypal and money orders for US orders. Payment via Google Checkout* or Paypal with credit card or existing funds will get your item to you the quickest; Paypal e-checks and mailed money orders will delay shipping until payment arrives and clears. *Your credit card statement will show the purchase as "Google - Twig's Place". Payment is due when purchase is made; please email me if mailing payment so I can hold your item. If payment does not arrive within 7 days item may be forfeited and re-listed.


Is your site secure?

We have been verified as the owners of the TwigsPlace.com domain name by GoDaddy.com and orders are processed via a secure server using a GeoTrust SSL certificate for added security.  We accept credit card payments via Google Checkout (preferred) and PayPal so even though your financial information is never seen by us nor stored on our site, we still opted for the extra measure of security with the SSL certificate.  (Wondering just what the heck an "SSL cert" is?  Click here for a brief definition located at PCMag.com's encyclopedia - the link will open a new window).

 

Will my item arrive in working order?
Yes! Before being packaged for shipping, each item has the battery checked and replaced with a new one if needed. Don't be fooled by places that offer you a cheap purchase price but send an item with a dead battery - that can add $5 or more to your total cost of the item. Beside costing you more in the long run, there's nothing worse than receiving an item you can't "play" with right away. We do everything we can to make sure that doesn't happen. Items are also cleaned before packing - I make sure the crystals and bands are clean and any fingerprints are removed - your item is ready for gift-giving right out of the box.

 

Are your items new?
My items are new unless otherwise stated. Some items are "new-old stock", meaning the items may have been discontinued and held in a warehouse or storage but they are still in new condition. Some collectible items fall into this category since they are most likely out of production. Each product listing will state the condition of the item, whether it comes with original packaging and/or the condition of the packaging. Sometimes products are bought as bulk purchases and may not have all original packaging, but this will be stated for the item. If in doubt about anything please don't hesitate to contact us. When can I expect my item to be shipped?
Items are on-site and shipped within 24-48 hours, often the same day (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email letting you know your item is on its way.

 

How will my item be shipped?
Items will ship in boxes - not padded envelopes. Your item is wrapped in foam, packed back in its display (if available as noted in the listing), then packed inside a mailing box and surrounded with peanuts to prevent damage. Delivery confirmation is always included, insurance is available at standard post office rates. Items ship via Priority Mail unless otherwise stated.

Do you accept international orders?
At this time we only ship within the US. If you live outside the US and are interested in an item, please contact us as we may be able to work something out. The USPS offers Priority Mail International and First Class Mail International but I would need to know the shipping address and the weight of the purchases in order to quote an accurate shipping price. My items usually will not fit in any of their Flat Rate boxes so shipping costs can be high. I apologize for the inconvenience but it's something beyond my control.
