When can I expect my item to be shipped?
Items are on-site and shipped within 24-48 hours of cleared payment (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email letting you know your item is on its way.
How will my item(s) be shipped?
Most items ship in boxes - not padded envelopes. Your item is wrapped in foam, packed back in its display (if available as noted in the listing), then packed inside a mailing box and surrounded with peanuts to prevent damage. Delivery confirmation is always included, insurance is available upon request at standard post office rates. Items ship via Priority Mail with 2-3 day delivery unless otherwise stated.
Do you accept international orders?
At this time we only ship within the US. If you live outside the US and are interested in an item, please contact us as we may be able to work something out. The USPS offers Priority Mail International and First Class Mail International but we would need to know the shipping address and the weight of the purchases in order to quote an accurate shipping price. Our items usually will not fit in any of their Flat Rate boxes so shipping costs can be high. We are very sorry for the inconvenience but it is something beyond our control.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund (minus shipping costs). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.). Items must be returned in original condition with original boxes and displays. Refunds may be given if above conditions are met or some items may be exchanged for identical item if still available. Please contact us within 72 hours of receipt of item to report any problems or refund/replacement may not apply. In short: Please email us with any problems - we're more than willing to work with you if you're not happy, we strive for satisfied customers!
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund much more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Before returning an item, please send details of the request using the form on our Contact Us page and we will respond within 48 hours. Then if you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll keep you updated on the status of your return/refund.
